What are you passionate about? We hate to pick on the widget business again, but what really motivates the person who sells them? Odds are, you'll never read a tombstone that proclaims, "Here lies Bob, Widget salesman of the year". We believe that profitability is important, but only when being profitable means that you can touch more lives. At CHANGE, we're drive, but not by dollars. We're focused, but not on our 401k. In a sense, you could say that our passion is for people.
